On-Site File Review (PLUS reasonable travel expenses)

• $40 per file (minimum of 20 files)

This includes a detailed report of any findings as well as the best way to correct them. An on-site review provides a more accurate reflection of the compliance condition of each file.

Electronic File Review

• $20 per file

This is a great way to get a quick overview of what issues there may be in your currents. An electronic file review is a review of just a portion of the file and will not be as effective in catching items such as: white out; copies, etc.

On-Going File Review

• $3.00 per unit/per month (one year contract; unlimited number of flies)

By having managers upload all move in, interim, and annual recertifications for review prior to complietion and signature by the resident, you help to reduce overall errors and maintain files in the best possible way. This includes a monthly report of all files reviewed as well as a summary of consistent issues and findings.
